anti-social, except when needs help to put suit on Member 607, 2803 posts | few missed updates monday log 3x62kg 1x72kg 1x82kg 1x92kg 1x97kg 5x82kg my back really doesnt like these atall  tuesday deadlift back is very bad today so lots of streching and warmin up with cleans worked upto 50kg on clens and holding it across my shoulders was painfull never mind above my head deads + belt 3x70kg 3x120kg 1x170kg - very hard 1x170kg - with out belt peach 1x200kg 1x52kg keg 1x82kg keg one motion 1x200kg finito back gone....TRAV on the weight side im eating like a feckin machine i can see 80kg on the cards soon  | ||
